Graham is a highly experienced business leader with a background in manufacturing sales in large multi-national, PE backed and SME companies in a number of different markets.

With 30 years’ experience in commercial operations in retail, trade and specification markets, Graham has successfully converted transactional customer relationships into supply chain partnerships through a deep understanding of the market and customer mix, creating demand through supply chains and by building and developing empowered customer business teams to deliver ambitious business plans.

Graham’s approach is to challenge the status quo in organisations by thinking differently about what they do, how they do it and with whom they do it, and thereby creating a differentiated customer proposition.
